Its a universal rule or something that you MUST run into all the cute/hot ppl anywhere you go when you're dressed like a slob. LOL. Also so sad my neighbor is moving albeit just a few floors away. I won't run into him as much or maybe at all... Currently studying these days but will try to keep on track with posting!
