Tulip Festival Without the Flowers

We planned this trip like a month in advance and was super excited for it. Only to have there be hardly any tulips in the area! But we did see the dutch windmill, the gift shops, and got to walk around the town while the parade went on. The town was super pretty and it was nice hanging out with my friend. Next time though we are going somewhere else for our next trip LOL
