This odd story tells the tale of a city named East Lowell from the perspective of our pink-haired protagonist, Ronin Nosaic. He begins as a relatively innocent young man, but as the story goes on, he becomes more accustomed to the new and wild environment and slowly but surely loses his sanity. He meets a group of vigilantes that call themselves "The Red Ravens" who claim to prevent the re emergence of the soul creatures ever since a certain incident.
