The 'Cybernetic Age of Piracy' has begun as crime in Farrago City has exploded. The LBHA work to take down pirates: violent criminals who wreak havoc across Farrago City. After experiencing their violence firsthand, Omnira strives to join the LBHA, determined to eliminate the pirates destroying her nation.
