D.A.R.E Agents is a very micro 5 page pilot for a comic book that never came to be. It's was planned to be a Euro-spy, action/comedy comic with suave spies, bumbling henchmen, ridiculous evil genius schemes, and inappropriately named 'Femme Fatales'. Think 'Fritz the Cat' meets 'Austin Powers'.
