It's 1999 in King's Cross, Australia. The city is overrun with vampires. Luck Limey is one of them, but he is different. He has a strange anomaly in his vampiric gene making him able to survive in daylight, but he is weak during the night. Because of his strange mutation he is both a target and an outcast in the vampire community. Luck comes upon Naomi Crane, the granddaughter of the notorious witcher Ichabod Crane.
