Nero was getting chased by some maniacs when he stumbled across a house in the forest. The habitants of that house, Eris, a deaf girl, and Rue, a ghost, welcomed him in a quite particular way. Due to some spell, Nero has to stay with them for a month. The day he leaves was the day Eris gets kidnapped. Now attached to his temporary roommate, Nero goes to look out for her accompanied by Rue.
