Narinder, a young Demotoshian boy living in underground tunnels, attempts to reunite two peoples in the hope of seeing his brother again: Phell city habitants, born on the surface and blessed by the stars, and the underground people, or at least what remains of them after the Phellians destroyed the former Underworld city a century ago.
