It is the year 2207. Alexandra “Ohm” Santos is supposed to have an easy role in delivering pharmaceutical drugs to an illegal group known as the Cleansers. However, the Democratic Western Union is cracking down on the group. Mass violence is shaking up the streets of River City as the monopoly organization Hopkins Chemical Company is at the root of it all. However, Alexandra's problems mostly come in the form of a pill and a mysterious skull-like creature.
