All humans have psychic abilities, but they can't be used consciously. When a person's mind is subject to extreme stress, however, and they can no longer bear to face and process reality, these abilities can go berserk. These unconscious, destructive individuals are called Sleepwalkers, and it's the Supernatural Affairs Bureau's task to subdue them.
