A boy named Elijah realizes his mother has been acting strange for the past few days, so one day he decides to follow his mother. Instead of keeping up with her he gets lost into the deep forest accompanied by a demi human. He ventures out looking for his mother but ends he gets himself in danger. 11 years later he finds a classmate of his and ventures out with him. Ever since then Elijah keeps getting himself into trouble wanting to find answers.
