In the year 2021, cases of people developing abnormal abilities and traits, dubbed "Manifestations", began to make a strange appearance. Of course, not everyone has the most noble of ideas in regards to how to use their newfound powers, and it's up to Kyle Carter, a 17 year old high school student, and Autumn Onette, a 21 year old agent for the CHSA (Corrupt Human Suppressive Association), to get rid of these powers before chaos breaks loose.
