Kotaro Ogase is a strange high schooler who happens to always be smiling. Howver this is not really what sets him apart from most others. Kotaro Ogase is a Doberman. Not a dog mind you but a person who can manipulate a special sort of energy known as chi to perform extraordinary tasks .Once gaining the ability to detect other Doberman, Kotaro sets out to find others who are just like him to add to his clan or to fight them for fun. His goal is simple; to make it to the top of Doberman world.
