I thought there were too many strips on the flashback and in feedback to a request for a recap as to how we got here in the strip. But I didn't just want to write a few pages to bring new readers up to speed so instead I decided to do a parody song. Then I decided instead of old art I would have the kids act it out since I felt they'd been a little too absent. And it would be fun.
