Both dragons and griffins are extremely greedy creatures, they frequently engage in conflict. The dragons decided to use a strategy known as the buddy system, in which they tricked the humans into thinking they were their friends in order to help them in winning the war. Trinket, the main character, fights to become a buddy with one of the best dragon trainees, and soon the secrets of the land and the past will start to come to light.
