The Heavenly Being called the Jade Emperor sends an avatar to purge the wicked Engkantos, and that avatar is called the Dragon Warrior. Kaitode Teromichi is a Demon Hunter who roams the streets of Manila, finding some relics of Engkantos and trying to purge them. He is the Dragon Warrior in the legend.
