A young man joins up with a group of adventurers in order to save himself and find revenge against the country of Gaoustran, a far more technologically advanced country that invades Isynia for resources and to tame the wild lands. The bond between each person is forged in steel over time, and they fight valiantly for one another. And of course, Malik will find out that what we want isn't necessarily what we may need.
