Penny, a barely teenaged girl living in an average town with a magical academy, has always wanted to pursue magic. Unfortunately, she has yet to pass her entrance exams. Often victim to the weight of pressure, in the face of her failures Penny has chosen the path of a villain as she homeschools herself in magical arts.
