Kathleen has just left a cruel and abusive relationship. She heads to a shelter to find support. The leader of this shelter is not kinda and caring, she is a cruel and sadistically charismatic woman named Kayla. Kayla is using her charisma and resources to form a dangerous cult, and eventually Kathleen is caught in her trap.
