Generational power and responsibility from a Rapa Nui family passes onto the youngest descendant of the family who live in Maui Hawaii. He is visited by his ancestor who imbues him with the power and gives him wooden tablets that have the instructions on what he can do and what his responsibilities are now that he has the power. The only problem is the instructions are written in Rongorongo the Rapa Nui written language that is currently undecipherable.
