Back in the mid-late 2000's, after having written Emo Boy as a movie for Vanguard Films, we tried pitching it as a TV series. I wish we had all the options for TV we have now, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, YouTube. Definitely some of the titles and morbidity would not fly today, however, I'd definitely approach things differently now than I did 10-15 years ago.
