Days dawn on a new world; oceans, mountains, and valleys, have all been terraformed, rendering Earth smooth of all natural landforms. What remains are the cities, housing nearly a hundred million human lives. There is no government, only a two level hierarchy of the overwhelmingly rich and the destitute poor. Can humanity continue on its path, or has it lost its meaning long ago?
