In a world of magic, mages are categorized into 8 categories; G,F,E,D,C,B,A and S. And the most powerful magic user is made the president without the option to refuse. The main character (who is the president) is an evil person who kills people who have the potential to defeat him. He one day gets bored of life and kills himself live on TV, Stating that he will be reincarnated 10 years later. (Oh, and also I can't draw very well). Also drew this on my phone because I'm cool.
