Wandering from endless suffering and destruction of the North, J, (The Man With No Eyes) stumbles into a techhunter, Kozac, trying to find his fame by his underground community than risking his life for small caches. Kozac is tempted by J's information on a long lasting surface city state to the North, an impossible idea by the seemingly endless demons that prey on anything alive on the surface. J is compelled by Kozac to journey back into the North for the respect of Kozac's community.
