He is known as the faceless killer he has no face just a smile he kills for the fun of it the police are unable to catch him and when he kills people he cuts out their eyes and nose and cuts a smile into their face people don’t even think he’s human but then he is sent to the government to study and a girl who works there sees he is in trouble and does something that would make her an outcast
