The events of the novel take place in the near future. Young Ellie wanders through the post-apocalyptic world. Having lost in the fire of the catastrophe almost everything that was close to her, that she loved and dreamed of, she travels through the territories of lost souls, wild gangs, extraordinary mutants and creatures alien to this planet. The search for love and hope becomes the main guidelines for Ellie in this devastated world.
