In the mid-19th century, inside the ancient alleys of the Casbah in Algiers under French colonial rule, young Fatima lives with a burning passion: playing the violin. Trapped between a conservative family and a society that silences girls’ dreams, Fatima refuses to give up. She draws strength from Zahra, the legendary singer who returns from exile, embodying freedom and authentic Algerian art. As her path crosses with Ali Ben Ammar, a young man tied to the flames of resistance.
