Fish Bait Welcome to The Open Lake Exploration Camp (OLEC)! Located on Sciméir Lake in Colorado Springs, your child (Ages 12-18) will learn a variety of skills. These include fishing, diving, water skiing, and so much more! Let your child experience the natural wonders of the lake, and learn all about it's inhabitants.
