Vincent Voda is a recent college graduate with no prospects. After spending most of the summer panicking over his circumstances, his best friend Brittany finally convinces him to start apartment hunting. He finds a place he can actually afford, but some things might be too good to be true. Especially when his new roommate turns out to be a scatterbrained marine biologist with questionable morals.
