The "safe" kind. But Echoreach had mutations. People whose magic carved itself into their bodies. Wings. Tails. Horns. Even feathers. They were Anomolites—proof that the fae had once walked beside them, shaped them. That the magic wasn’t gone. It was just… inconvenient now.
