Jo wants to be a detective, but never really found his passion. That was until his friend Suzu brings him to Sakai Speedway, where races thrive and racers die. Someone is tampering with the cars in the speedway, putting confident racers into the hospital. Jo then embarks on a mission to help the racers, and in doing so becomes a racer himself.
