    TOPI also want to say that whole Europe heard about the law publicly just last week! Until that, no big news company, like BBC or Al Jazeera, had no news or information of this. The first voting round went through in a complete silence! No one noticed it. Law itself as whole is good, but articles 11 and 13 are the shit, and meps usually don't bother to read everything - same with the media.
