In a huge city a catastrophic epidemic of violence breaks out in which those who are trying to make a name for themselves set out and cause chaos, civilian or not you have to watch your back at all times, those who join/make gangs or join in this war for satisfaction, protection, wealth, status, or reasons unknown the police are in hiding and people rush in droves to join this huge free for all in the city.
