Continuing my Author's note story from last update: Most of the employees (myself included at the time) were minors, or just barely eighteen, and none of us were actually trained nurses. It is worth noting that this is very illegal for many reasons. Showering patients requires specific licensing and training. Not to mention you need proper consent which requires you be at least 18. Yikes.
