In this world there are three species that are the most intelligent: human, souls and ghosts. However, souls and ghosts come from the death of humans too, and while souls can access the afterlife because of their good behavior through their entire life, ghosts are either very neutral-aligned or evil people. In 1487 France, Edgard Hugo, the prince of Laon, died from a severe fever and became a ghost, but the 12th rule in there says all the ghosts must be exorcised... will he be able to survive?
