Ghosts are seen as scary, supernatural beings with evil intentions. However, that's not always the case. Some ghosts, specifically the murdered ones, are simply on a quest to get their lives back. If they can manage to kill the one that killed them, their life will be restored and they can go about their lives as they did before.
