Carlos Ruas is a Brazilian designer who created the blog “Um Sábado Qualquer” (Once Upon a Saturday) in 2009. Today, his web comic blog is one of the most widely read in Brazil, with more than 40k daily visitors and over 2.7 million readers on Facebook. On Webtoons, Carlos' comics are divided into three series: God behind the scenes, Topsy-Turvy World, and Cats and Dogs.
