I used to spiral all alone, my heart picking up the pace. All this change had my head spinning in place. I write poems about how I feel and slowly but surely, I am learning how to heal. I draw using ink or crayons, depending on the day, but my journal is always one foot away. My art is inspired by those I hold dear, nature, family, and creativity. Beauty and inspiration are in everything I see, diminishing the Grumpies and all their negativity.
