A parasitic god carries out its malevolent plans, controlling its unwilling followers by force of will. A young man, wielding an axe, is the only person in the world who can possibly stop it. He doesn't really know what he's doing. But he knows he must try his best, or else humanity will be enslaved forever. No pressure.
