I have an eidetic memory. It's like a photographic memory, but I can only recall things in short flashes rather than solid images. An eidetic memory is more easily influenced than a photographic memory, too. But it serves me well enough. It allows me to remember people I met a long time ago and places I used to go to. But there are some things that I really, really wish I could forget.
