Headless Chicken Jacqueline “Jackie” Santana is a 12-year-old serial killer who haunts the town of Last Cross County every summer while he helps his uncle who works at the local gas station. This summer marks the fifth year in a row that Jackie has carried out his summertime killing spree, and that suited him just fine — up until a new string of missing persons cases that he has nothing to do with emerges and threatens to overturn all he’s worked for.
