I've changed software! I was using Pencil2D, but now I've swapped over to Krita (both of these software are free by the way).
The font I'm using in the speech bubbles is called JDK Vindil, created by Jakub D. Kočí, which is completely free to use and, along with several other fonts, is available on his website: https://jdkfonty.mozellosite.com/home/
