Hell Racer Pruflas, a retired field agent, now the receptionist of hell, hates his job. Though he's a demon, luck seems to have found him, as he's suddenly offered a new job by Lucifer herself. To his dismay, this job in question involves him traveling through time and space in a very indiscreet van with a slightly deranged British cowboy, an unhinged "witch", an obsessive Christian, a smart but quite goofy drug dealer, and a very terrified orphan boy to prove that they do in fact belong in hell.
