The Blue Fairy’s son Henry has inherited her wish granting ability, but will he be able to make his own wish come true? Henry begins coughing up blood and cherry blossom petals and discovers he has hanahaki ‘the flower disease’. A flower will continue to grow inside of his lungs and suffocate him unless he confesses his love to the Otherworlder Gamaken Kuronuma and his feelings are returned. Unfortunately, Gama is straight and already has a harem of women vying for his attention. (Gay, M/M)
