One city flooded with crime. Only one cop to surveille it all. Many people appearing with some strange super power. One hero who wants to be the solution for all of this. A story based in events from the real life (such as humans existing in this universe too). This is the first Comic project from Rafael Mippo, it's draw is made in the style named learning-while-doing-hoping-to-get-good-at-some-point, so thanks for even clicking here.
