"HIGH VOLTAGE" is a story about electricity. In a city where power is valued above all else, dreams are often overlooked or seen as childish. However, when a young boy gains immense power he decides to use it to defend the dreams of others, standing up to many powerful foes, while trying his best to follow his mother's final message...
