Arlena is a beautiful capital city with vintage charm, where life is always buzzing and mysteries hide in plain sight. Sora is a curious, charismatic telepath who mostly uses his abilities for harmless things like cheating on exams and pranking his friends . One day while browsing local VHS store, he meets Rei, a hypnotist, someone like him. But unlike Sora Rei uses his gift to manipulate others for personal gain, so Sora decides to teach him a lesson. Things get a little out of hand...
