With monsters seemingly manifesting themselves into existence and people receiving oddly specific unique abilities, people are starting to panic. These things only happen in fiction for our humanly entertainment; how is this now reality? Vigilantes are now forced to get involved to put an end to the chaos and destruction before it gets worse.
