Rui, a 17 year old psychic hybrid shark boy has a messed up, abusive family life as a nobel meets a telepathic 17 year old dryad orphan named Yuki during their sophomore year in highschool. With Rui's determination and Yuki's confidence, they run from their old life and make a new one with a career not seen by the government, taking care of all the world's terrors or unexplained mishaps with new friends together.
