To those who've missed the post on my author's page: I went quiet again because my health took another plunge, which resulted in more hospital visits. I am thankfully doing better now, but I am out till at least the end of the year. But I did manage to finish the first part of ch.8 before it all went down, so here it is. Happy holidays everyone!
